Do I have a choice with who works for my child?
Yes! Based on your child’s needs and family preferences, we select nurses or therapists specifically for your child. We send these carefully selected clinicians to your home for your approval. This allows you to be a part of the process for selecting nurses or therapists that will be working with you and your child.
How are staff hired?
We are always looking to hire pediatric nurses and therapists who love and care about people! We understand that the “right fit” is about more than just clinical skills, and we work hard to connect each family with the right clinicians. During the hiring process, we carefully screen, qualify, and train our clinicians. All clinicians are run through a rigorous background check process.
How are services paid for?
Generally, either Medicaid or your insurance plan pays for our services. Prior to providing services, our office team does the work to make sure you are not stuck with an unexpected bill. Our team coordinates benefits, bills Medicaid or insurance directly, and handles all of the paperwork. In other words, we take care of the details so you can focus on your family.
Which areas do you serve?

What are your office hours?
We provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our typical office hours are Monday – Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer 24 hour on-call service to our clinicians and patient families.
