Your Client Service Supervisor is your direct point of contact for all non-clinical coordination of care including everything from scheduling and recruiting nurses, to making sure that your child has a special birthday.
Clinical Contact
You will be assigned a Clinical Supervisor who is your direct point of contact for all clinical concerns and works directly with your child’s physicians, hospital case managers, therapists, and field nurses to provide comprehensive care.
